Ciarán has been at the forefront of providing successful programme, project, cost & construction management services on construction projects (from inception to completion) for over 20 years, experiencing construction procurement across a range of sectors including public, private and PPP both client side and contracting.Ciarán has an MSc in Construction & Project Management, a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, is a NICS Gateway Reviewer, a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Registered Practitioner, is PRINCE2 accredited, is an accredited NEC 4: ECC Project Manager and used to be a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
