Taking the lead role in co-ordinating and integrating the programme of work in One Plan (the Regeneration Plan for Derry~Londonderry) including managing the programme of projects in the city where Ilex had programme management responsibility (including various public agencies); controlling & assessing the totality of risk across the entire programme;2. Taking the lead in ensuring ongoing control & effective management of risk by maintaining and managing the control documentation for the scope of the programme of projects, including the programme plan, time plan, financial plan, programme governance chart, risk register, issues log, roles matrix and common reporting documentation;3. Taking the lead in communicating with, & holding accountable, project managers that had responsibility for individual projects or groups of projects within the scope of the overall programme;4. Providing monthly, accurate reports to the Programme Board identifying progress against plan, & identifying any appropriate corrective action or programme modifications;5. Taking the lead in managing programme budget, monitoring expenditure & costs against target outcomes & benefits; working closely with Heads of Finance to enable proper reconciliation of spend and to facilitate appropriate input into full year forecasting;6. Leading on the identification of appropriate information flows & reporting processes for specific projects within the programme;7. Leading on effective communication to key stakeholders on the ongoing control & effective management of risk across the programme;8. Leading on managing the dependencies & interfaces between projects within the programme;9. Appointing individuals to individual project delivery teams;10.
