Assisted in the project management of the capital element of the Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions (PRTLI) Cycles 1-3, facilitating the approval of funding for Institutions totalling €604.5 million of which €402.7 million was capital funding. Managed and evaluated the budgets. Tabulated the funding submissions and helped to analyse them. Designed a system for paying tranches of capital funding in advance to the Institutions and reconciling these against budget.
