I have spent the last 10 years in senior finance leadership roles within the professional services sector, most recently as Director of Finance at Wotton & Kearney. As a key member of the executive team I supported the business through a rapid growth period (revenue, staff and partner growth of over 300%), including building and growing a strong finance team, modernising the internal and external financial reporting processes, strategic restructuring (corporate restructuring, including external private equity investor), new service offerings, office expansions (including Singapore), lateral and business acquisitions.
