I worked on the F&B Team in the Crowne Plaza in the main and function bars.Some of my duties included training new staff, looking after the set up for the functions and the staff during making sure of the smooth operation of them also looking after stock management and waste control. I also attended monthly meetings with management do discuss issues and any changes to menus adding of seasonal beers/food.

In the Clyde Court I worked as part of an experienced bar team mainly in our function rooms making sure all of our functions ran smoothly in tandem with my managers and to make sure all our guests where happy with there experience in our hotel

I worked as part of the bar team in the law society to provide its members as well as local and foreign dignitaries with the highest level of service
