Founded and led Qure Group encompassing a range of brands including the innovative Dispute Assist, which has disrupted the ADR sector. We provide services including claims validation, dispute resolution, outsourced complaint management, independent surveys and remedial works, focused on renewable energy.- Grew the company from 6 people to 21 people, delivering revenues in excess of £3 million, generating around 15% in net profit margin, within 3 years. - Introduced market leading infrastructure, focused on excellent information security, systems automation, quality management and health and safety. Manchester And Vienna

Executive board level position, responsible for leading the global senior leadership team consisting of 13 countries and having Power of Attourney for an acquired Austrian company called Edentity Software Solutions. I had responsiblity for central departments including : IT, software development, quality assurance, customer service and information security.- Strengthened the company's business by implementing capacity planning and management information (MI) reporting.- Contributed to or led bid presentations. Successful bids included Bentley Global, Volkswagen Group UK, Yamaha Global, Jaguar Land Rover Global and BMW Germany.- Chaired the Change Advisory Board, IT Steering Group and Information Security Steering Group.- Improved project delivery on-time performance from 39% to a sustained performance of above 80% within 6 months.- Improved project completion volumes by 82%, by focusing on improving quality assurance and redesigning the digital supply chain process.- Reduced the time to complete new system deliveries by 33 days.- Reduced the operations cost base by £750K in 8 months and putting in place actions to bring this to £1.2 million within 12 months. - Introduced principle based leadership to the company, changing the culture from one that was sales focused, to one that is customer centric.- Improved product quality by introducing AGILE working and User Experience (UX) design into product development. - Achieved ISO27001 certification which radically changed the culture around information security.

United Kingdom

Senior management position, responsible for rolling out Ultrafast Broadband in the South East and overseeing the recruitment and training of the next generation of telecommunications engineers for the UK. Under increased regulation through OFCOM and focus from the British public, we had to align our operational strategy around customer service, ensuring we met Minimum Service Levels set by OFCOM, whilst also improving the overall Customer Satisfaction Scores of Ultrafast customers. - Led a team of 10 second line leaders, 64 first line leaders and a workforce of more than 1,500 engineers in total.- Understood external market, government and commercial conditions within the north of the UK (including commercial, business and technical strategies and drivers of both Openreach and the Communications Providers) against which I delivered and executed operational plans.- Managed a P&L with a cost base of £37 million.- Collaborated with the Learning Department to develop a new learner journey for the next generation of telecommunications engineers joining Openreach.- Delivered a Q1 EBITDA £1.83 million favourable to budget, driven by a £1.63 million favourable OPEX.- Achieved the highest employee engagement index score in Openreach for the first half of the year at GM level with a participant rate of 91%.- Rolled out and embedded ‘self-serve’ iPhone applications for engineers within National Operations. I led the transformation programme for around 6,000 engineers, to embrace and adapt to the use of applications on smart phones. - Launched the rollout of the new ‘Ring Control’ function, which introduced the automation of allocated work to engineers, achieving a 33% reduction in dwell time for engineers awaiting the allocation of new jobs which returned around 440 hours’ worth of engineering time to the business.- Collaborated with transformation and human resources to introduce a meritocratic approach to achieve a high challenge culture, with high support.

North West England

Accountable for the support function to over 1,000 engineers in the North West region. Led a team of project managers and data analysts to produce new insight for the region, whilst creating and landing new projects to ensure the insight translated into actions to improve performance.- Led the following support functions; business planning, business insight and analysis, change management, CI, coaching and learning.- Led roster optimization for the North West, engaging early with union officials and tactical resourcing teams. Introduced in conjunction with Saturday Working creating ~ 2.9% of efficiency.- In collaboration with human resources and employee relations, I launched the Workforce 2020 initiative, involving the relocation of employees from remote offices, into our pre-defined ‘Centres of Excellence’. - Mapped process activities to desired outcomes to rectify operational inefficiencies.- Recommended operational improvements based on tracking and analysis.- Tracked the financial performance of the region, offering insight to the General Manager for areas of opportunity.

Manchester Airport, United Kingdom

Managed the operation at Manchester Airport, covering 3 terminals and up to 16 airline customers, with a P & L of around £20 million. -Led 5 direct reports overseeing 6 airport departments with more than 400 employees in total.- Integrated the newly acquired Flight Support business, with Menzies Aviation’s operating model at Manchester Airport- Managed costs by effectively delivering restructure projects, new supplier agreements and renegotiating existing agreements.- Maintained and improved service standards against airline SLA’s and the airport operating license.- Led the operational side of the acquisition of another ground handling company, Flight Support, at Manchester Airport, involving TUPE and a subsequent restructuring plan to ensure full synergy opportunities were taken. - Departed the business, having turned the operation at Manchester Airport from a loss leading business, into a forecasted profitable one for 2014/2015.- Achieved the highest score recorded at the time in the UK, for our internal ‘8-Pillar’ audit, which prepares the station for ISAGO accreditation.

Birmingham International Airport

Reviewing and improving operational standards and requirements. Ensuring an emphasis on keeping costs low is maintained. Safety reporting along with hazard and risk assessing. Direct reports were 3 x Terminal Operations Managers and 1 x Service Delivery Supervisor. Responsible for a workforce in excess of 140 employees.

Responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of our product for easyJet at Belfast International Airport. Liaising with multiple parties to ensure a smooth operation. Ensuring the customer is receiving the agreed service delivery levels from the ground handling agent. Managing staff performance levels. Reviewing and improving operational standards and requirements. Ensuring an emphasis on keeping costs low is maintained.
