As the branch manager for the italian clothing boutique my responsibilities involved; merchandising the store, managing store employees, team meetings and team schedules, interviewing potential employees, overseeing stock take, ordering merchandise, sales analysis, market analysis, monthly reports, liaising the international orders and managing the cash deposits at the end of the business day.

As the assistant manager, I dealt with team building and team disputes/ grievances over two branches. My responsibilities included; overseeing stock take, daily and monthly reports, market and sales analysis over two branches within their respective locations, moving stock, client dealings and cash at the end of the business day. Store merchandising and playing a role in the ordering of merchandise from Italy. Including team building and team disputes/ grievances and ensuring individual as well as combined target is met.

The first year as a sales assistant involved stock takes, merchandising and client dealings and daily reports.
