•Coordinate, consolidate and execute the export distribution of orders through all processes immediately following order entry to delivery to the customer.•Interface with key departments and personnel to ensure logistic requirements are met, while maintaining up-to-date communication.•Perform work assignments with attention to detail to achieve excellence in customer service and logistics.•Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by management within the physical constraints of the job.•Maintain broker/forwarder relationships, provide service requirements, monitor performance and insure integrity of the import/export process to ensure Customs compliance and service levels•Update and maintain Transport Management system(s) – SAP.Inventory management – focus efforts to meet internal targets and implement CIs to reduce overall inventory levels . Support NPIs and improvements of thh NPI process.Support Transfers (In and Out) and Third Party contracts Improve internal MD & maintenance - and SAP use cross site – introduce efficiencies as part of SAP Heat Mapping process Process Team Alignment Support and implement Standard Work in Supply Chain Support Warehouse and Shipping Integration Support Global project implementation - AMPs/IPL CI Projects – reduce ‘waste’, NVA activities/time, best practice replication. Volume – forecast & execute plan and manage changes to plan in line with customer requirements, PPL/SCL/Market relationships. Safety - support 5S and safety initiatives. Finance – support and implement cost reduction initiatives (eg. Perigord savings, Shipping savings, overtime reduction Culture – Lead change ,lead by example, talent management (IDPs) Quality - Manage QTS metrics - commitments, change controls and investigations
