Account Management - Client focal point on business and commercial topics - Lead strategic meetings on account growth and performance- Point of escalation on operational topics- Managing P&L’s, financial forecasts and project budgets exceeding £2.5m - Including but not limited to Airbus Commercial and Airbus Defence & SpaceTeam Building & Management- Own and manage end-to-end onboarding of specialists Engineers & Consultants including conducting the interviews- Manage a high performing team of 30+, comprised of Engineers, Project Leaders, Technical Leads & Business Managers- Drive the professional development of the team through coaching, individual goal setting and one on one reviews - Engaging and management of Contractors Business Development- Developing strategy to expand engineering services in existing and new accounts- Client engagement and management- Requirement gathering - Create Bid & Commercial offers
