As a Customer Service Representative for Concentrix I managed and dealt with on average of 300 calls per week. With this position, I exceeded the monthly target on sales delivering value for both the customer and client on every call. I managed customer accounts relating to billing and technical issues ensuring that customer satisfaction was always met while doing so in a timely manner. Targets set by the company of customer satisfaction, value add, and handling time allowed me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and timekeeping skills, all of which lead to me being selected to help train the newest members of staff.

While working at Firstsource as a Customer Service Representative I was placed in the case management department.
