- Oversee projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.- Design and Manufacture of equipment used in the food Industry through the use of solid works and AutoCAD.- Site reviews to ensure layout and dimensions are correct.- Experience in factory layouts, factory machinery, conveyor systems, establishing factory requirements, part sourcing, product quality and risk assessments- Specification for all materials and items required such as Pneumatics, Belts, Motors, and Steel etc.- Oversee and review of designs.- Contact with customer and all external suppliers involved in the project to ensure accuracy of information supplied.- Oversee installation of the project.- Problem-solve any issues that may arise during installation and early production.- Commission and validation of numerous pieces of equipment.
