I was responsible for a production support team within Allstate NI. Team follows ITIL process and are focused on the resolution and reduction of Incidents and problems. Team is responsible for the investigation of Incidents, implementation of fixes and carrying out full root cause analysis to identify preventive actions. Team performs daily support tasks and perform metrics analysis to drive improvement within applications we support. During my time as managing with the Consumer Technology area I was involved in the conversion of a number of applications from a mainframe technology driven delivery to a Tibco + Extreme technology driven solution.
