I drive product and OEM development strategy and am member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for overseeing strategic product development and OEM partnership expansion. Leading and inspiring multiple teams including design, procurement, prototyping and planning, I act as subject matter expert in innovation and product development and work closely with the MD and directors to align product strategy to overall organisational goals.Defining and improving all product development processes and procedures, I ensure a coherent and coordinated approach and improved flow. I have secured three new OEM clients and resultantly developed new product ranges and opened new marketplaces. I have also led development of the supply chain and renegotiated contracts to achieve significant annual savings.I secured a new hospitality client and project designing a completely new product with design and prototyping completed within just three weeks. Additionally, I have developed industry first product ranges of smart home wireless switches and socket controls for metal structures and adapted this to the UK market in conjunction with pilot customer.

I led a cross-functional team of 5 in all aspects of design, development and testing across a portfolio of 14 products in this carve out of Voxx Incaar Systems to manage existing clients and projects in the UK. This included maintaining close relationships with C level client stakeholders at clients including McLaren, Bentley, Porsche, Toyota Europe and Aston Martin.Overseeing all stages of projects, this included request for changes, costings and budget management, quality standards, production, validation and certification. I provided accurate financial management and forecasting to ensure all projects delivered on time and within budget. I designed and developed the first ever wi-fi based infotainment systems used by Aston Martin.

In this role I led a multi-functional international team of 30+ and developed the business strategy and product strategy. Reporting to the CEOs in Germany and the USA, I led a direct team in the UK and remote teams in Germany, USA, China and Taiwan.I managed OEM contracts for electronic integration for products including LCD screens, connectivity, cameras, media playback, casings, hinge mechanisms and other moving parts. This included leading all aspects of technical development and the selection of manufacturing and logistics partners and vendors to build a robust supply chain.Managing relationships with CEOs of client organisations, this included Bentley Motors, Porsche AG, McLaren, Aston Martin, Toyota and BMW AG. I oversaw all business development and sales channel development growth and grew turnover exponentially within three years.

I established a new telematics division for this company providing seat, dash panels, trims and moulded parts to the automotive industry. Working cross-functionally with various departments, this included sales and marketing, finance, logistics, production, design and external supply chain partners.I designed multiple new products and marketplaces ensuring robust testing, quality and demand to drive sustainable sales. I grew the company exponentially within the first 22 months to a £multi-million turnover.

I founded this company based in Hong Kong providing electronic security systems for the marine, domestic and commercial markets. Managing the design of products, I secured high profile clients including Toyota Asia, Lexus Asia, Mercedes Benz Hong Kong and Ferrari Philippines. Having established a successful enterprise with a team of 12, I then sold the business.
