In this role it is my teams responsibility to monitor call volumes into UK Contact Centers. We also provide first line support for our Single Telephoney Platform, Wallboards across our Contact Centres and a number of Genesys products used by our clients.Further responsibilities have been accrued throughout my time in my position, including Testing, Maintaining in house documents and developing a number of in house tools.

In this role I sorted, and filed away cases that the agents had been working on during the day, as well as putting out all of the files on the correct desks ready for the next working day.I also sorted mail that needed to be delivered to agents before I started my shift.
