Development of application and acquisition of approval for Part M Subpart G and I CAMO and Airworthiness Review activities for B737-300/400/500, B737NG, B737BBJ, B767 and A320 series aircraft. Compilation and editing of CAME. Development of generic Base Maintenance Programmes IAW Part M criteria and submission for approval. Generation of workpacks including routine maintenance, bridging and end of lease checks. Auditing of technical records for ARC renewal purposes and generation of report to reflect aircraft status. Updating of AMP and tracking system to reflect MPD revisions. Control and issue of OOP maintenance. Evaluation of AD, SB, SL and entry into system for tracking where applicable. Review of bi-weekly AD sheets. Providing technical oversight on B767, B737 and Challenger CL605 VVIP aircraft and other ad-hoc duties as requested. • Planning completion maintenance in wide body hangar on A319, A320, A340, B757 and B737 BBJ aircraft. Everyday duties include evaluation of AD’s and SB’s, providing manhour quotes and material quotes for these tasks. Scheduling of completion maintenance on all the aircraft listed above. Planning of scheduled maintenance tasks and generation of these workpacks via Bill of Work in SAP. Identifying material requirements for the scheduled maintenace tasks and generating the Bill of Materials. Liaising with customer regarding status of maintenance input, dealing with customer requests and focal point of information.

Compiling work schedule consisting of routine MPD tasks which are determined by task interval, Service bulletins and Airworthiness Directives as applicable to the particular aircraft model, out of phase defects as requested by the customer on B727, B737CL, B737NG, B757 and B767 types of aircraft. • Reviewing content of work pack paying special attention to unfamiliar items such as new AD’s or SB’s and determining what materials, kits and manpower is required to accomplish them. Building work pack and developing a schedule for the upcoming maintenance input. • Management of live work pack for the duration of the maintenance visit. Reviewing of completed tasks and compilation of component change reports, liaising with customer regarding status of maintenance input, dealing with customer requests and focal point of information. • Post Check completion of work pack, compilation of a post check report consisting of SB’s and AD’s complied with, component change report, major items of maintenance.
