Ecommerce Support Specialist
CurrentAs part of the eCommerce team, I work across a multitude of sectors within the company.- Responding to customer queries via phone, email and chat about products, orders, deliveries, product issues.- Working with couriers, warehouse teams and branches to ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.- Testing environment to check end to end processes and iron out any issues the customer may experience.- Website merchandising, working to get product information and adding new products across both HM and TT.- Use of CORE and Magento systems for order handling, processing, quote creation etc.- Part of a 2 person team implementing a new product information management system.
