A forward-thinking, highly ambitious and driven Physical Education Teacher, UEFA Qualified Coach and Fitness Instructor who has built a portfolio of achievements and experience through a variety of teaching and coaching roles within the Republic of Ireland, most notably with the Football Association of Ireland, and the United States with Everton Football Club International Academy. During the course of my career, I have gained experience as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Director of Football and have utilised these roles to expand my knowledge within player development. I am adept at designing and implementing coaching programmes and curriculums which can be used throughout a sporting organisation from first-team level down to enhance the playing squad, both technically and tactically and most importantly a holistic approach. I have contributed to tangible on-field success at clubs through my coaching methods and, as a Director of Football, have successfully delivered a playing philosophy which runs from the Academy to the senior team. My career to date has been built on a solid academic foundation In Sport and Exercise Science and teaching.
