Responsible for strategic engagement across Departments of NSW State and Federal Government, Education, and Healthcare with a focus on educating them on the productivity and capability increases made by migrating to Salesforce, paired with cost savings due to a wide-arching Public Sector agreement, justifying further adoption with end-user satisfaction. Identified, onboarded, and then leveraged multiple technology implementation partners and created referenceable customer success stories to build further trust without wider territory.Achievements: • Sourced and worked alongside a consulting partner and the partner marketing team to develop a marketing strategy for local government. This expanded our contact base with registrants, attendees, new opportunities in prospect accounts and pipeline generated. • Worked within Local government communities to build out customer champions, leading to successful new customers on Salesforce within local government. • On-boarded new partners into a Public Sector Consultant role to manage under-serviced government sub verticals, the partners enabled us to win our first all-in customer for Australian councils, and ombudsmen.
