As manager of the AIB Personal loan Products team I am responsible for:- Leading the personal loan products team with the delivery of Personal loan strategic and regulatory projects- Ensuring the Personal loan product, customer journey and experience meet and exceed customer expectations- Delivering a robust product assurance environment to ensure our product suite is fit for purpose and adheres to all internal and external regulatory requirements- Helping to identify opportunities for enhanced standardisation and efficiencies across Personal loan products- Supporting the delivery and management of investment and resource planning- Understanding the Retail business and the functions within it, its strategic objectives and its business priorities- Reviewing, challenging and strengthening Products material risk profile with an ‘always on’ approach to risk management- Proactive identification of internal and external risk and driving the business response to identified risks with agility and focus- Active participation in Retail Governance & Assurance Fora- Represent the Credit Products function at various regulatory and strategic programme / project working groups

As Business Manager for Mortgage Business and Credit Products / Consumer Lending and Credit Products, I worked directly with the Head of the Department and the senior management team. My key responsibilities included: 1.) Supporting the SMT in the formation, prioritisation and delivery of strategy, priorities and business plans 2.) As Cost Champion oversee all investment and BAU budget spend, in addition to FTEs 3.) Support the Head of MB&CP / CL&CP and SMT in preparing papers for Leadership Team, AIB Group Board and other senior audiences; presentations for internal and external audiences 4.) Work closely with HR and Finance Business Partners to ensure their expertise and support is fully leveraged within the function, 5.) Promote high quality customer service in all dealings with other Business Units, in correspondence/ contact with our customers and other stakeholders and 6.) Ensure efficient and effective co-ordination and project management of assigned tasks so that these are delivered in time, cost and quality.

As a Mortgage Product Manager my focus is on Product and Business Development while maintaining a customer first ethos. My key responsibilities include:- Leading a team as we expand our mortgage proposition while ensuring the integrity of our product suite- Design new or revised customer propositions, services, initiatives or processes applying the required internal and external policy and procedural requirements in all activities. - Manage the implementation of key product initiatives and projects ( regulatory, non regulatory) for the Mortgage business, both for new and existing customer segments - Support the development and review of policy and pricing in conjunction with the Mortgage portfolio team and other key stakeholders in Risk and Credit.- Identify and analyse developments in the market place both in terms of Product and Channel together with changing consumer and competitor behaviours which impact the mortgage proposition. - Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external mortgage stakeholders.
