As Business Manager for Mortgage Business and Credit Products / Consumer Lending and Credit Products, I worked directly with the Head of the Department and the senior management team. My key responsibilities included: 1.) Supporting the SMT in the formation, prioritisation and delivery of strategy, priorities and business plans 2.) As Cost Champion oversee all investment and BAU budget spend, in addition to FTEs 3.) Support the Head of MB&CP / CL&CP and SMT in preparing papers for Leadership Team, AIB Group Board and other senior audiences; presentations for internal and external audiences 4.)
