Hi my name is Ciaran Ward I'm a passionate and dedicated personal trainer who has been building a thriving fitness business for the past four years. I set out to create a supportive and results-driven environment where clients could not only reach their fitness goals but also embrace a healthier lifestyle.Over the past four years, I've built RewardFitness and have honed skills and expanded my offerings, including personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and one-on-one coaching. My clients appreciate the attention to detail, innovative training methods, and unwavering support. This has then in turn helped me build a successful business where I've learnt how to manage run and grow a business. I currently handle, marketing, advertising, graphic design, video editing, directing, accounts, schedule management. I do everything in house and I'm a very quick learner who's willing to put the work in and get results
