Architecture Practice Manager
CurrentThe Architecture Practices Manager is a key role in the Technology team reporting to the Chief Architect; accountable for uplifting and maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of SEEK’s architecture practice. Through establishment of lean processes, implementation of automated tooling, and facilitation of agile ways of working this role will play a key role in SEEK achieving its objective of becoming an “architecture led” organisation. The mission of this role is to help architects be more effective with their time while improving their sense of fulfilment in their work. This includes: Team Leadership, Community Events, Ways of Working, Process Optimisation, Demand Management, Communications & Change Management.
