What do you need to know about me to understand who I am. Firstly, when I'm not in work you will find me spending time with my kids (Oisín & Róisín), playing or listening to music, walking my 2 dogs (Cash & Ozzy) or spending time with my extended family. In work I'm a passionate team builder, I try to lead by example everyday and hire based on attitude, aptitude and adaptability. My primary focus is Demand Generation and Sales pipeline. I believe there are simple and effective Sales methodologies, activities &, governance structures which can be scaled across any Sales org which I have honed adapted over the last two decades. I aim to be the trusted partner for sales for pipeline management and execution, driving impactful pipeline generation/progression programs with a strong operational rigor.I love to learn new strategies for managing pipeline and my door is open for anyone who wants to trade ideas which improve demand generation techniques within a sales org.
