I designed Ireland's first online accommodation booking engine integrated into Opera PMS and delivered +110% increase in online bookings within 6 months. I also designed a new CRM tool which tracked all online enquiries including weddings, golf groups and conferences which delivered significant conversion growth and millions in new revenue for the property. I capitalised on hosting the Ryder Cup Players dinner by securing co-branding status with the Ryder Cup for marketing purposes. I was promoted to also cover The PGA National Ireland at Palmerstown House and Weston Airport. -
