I am a MAC guy. I have followed Apple and its leaders since 2005, when I determined I wanted to work with computers. I grew up on Apple products and am inspired by their technology and business practices. I recently completed my degree in Applied Science, specific to Computer Network Administration and currently work in the field. I was an award-winning student: involved on campus, getting excellent grades, and truly being passionate about my love of computers and how they shape our world. I am empathetic to issues while having expert technical experience to offer solutions and explain the problem(s) to either the technical or non-technical consumer. I have knowledge of the retail industry including standards and merchandising. I “speak” both Windows and MAC, making translation between systems easy. I regularly install, troubleshoot, and configure Operating Systems, Network Configurations, and Security of both PCs and MACs, including Windows Server 2008 and Mac Pro Server.
