FIMT provides information technology solutions to Fidelity's Investment and Asset Management Businesses. I managed a portfolio of programs (Deliverables and Resources ) across the Equity front office and middle office product suite on both the desktop and and mobile platforms that aid Fidelity's Investment Professionals make the right decisions. From a business domain perspective, I have exposures to the many of the facets in an Asset Management organisation including publication and consumption of Equity Research , Order Entry , Post Trade Processing and Settlement , Performance and Attribution data. I have also worked on devising a Mobile Strategy so many of the above capabilities are available to Investment Professional whilst they are away from their desk.

Market Data is quote and trade-related data associated with equity, fixed-income, financial derivatives, currency, and other investment instruments. Market data is numerical price, reference and historical data, reported from trading venues, such as stock exchanges and ECN's or ATS's. I managed the QA Program and Ireland Operations Function that oversaw the transition of the Fidelity Ticker Plant to a new vendor.

I was responsible for - Implementing and customising Salesforce.com for the Sales Team- Building and analysing the sales pipeline- Supporting the US Sales team- Anaylsing the European Business Card Market - Providing thought leadership for buiding new solutions and products for the SME market - I also devised and executed on the QA Strategy for upgrading the product to the new D.Cal 1.3 Platform
