Assist qualified physiotherapists in managing patient flow on inpatient wards by conducting initial assessments and setting follow-up goals to ensure safe and efficient discharges. I collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, attending board round meetings to help develop optimal treatment plans. I have also initiated and led the revival of group exercise classes, tailored to meet patient needs and enhance physical, mental, and social well-being; nominated as a "Rising Star" for these efforts. I present case studies to the team to facilitate discussion and learning as well as attend in-service training sessions to support ongoing professional development.

In my role with the men’s first team, I tracked player GPS data in training and matches, creating infographics to highlight performance trends. Recognising a gap between training and match intensity, I recommended sprint blocks based on research to enhance performance and reduce injuries. During my time, the team went on a four-game win streak leading to a third-place finish.

During my volunteer work with the men’s first team, I collaborated closely with sports scientists and coaches, focusing on player development and performance enhancement. I tracked and analysed performance metrics to optimize training and game strategies, providing valuable insights to coaches. Additionally, I supported player rehabilitation and contributed to match-day preparations, helping the team secure five wins in their first 8 games.

My responsibilities included utilizing GPS data to track athlete performance and conducting comprehensive physical testing. In February, the U18 team went on to finish as the 9th-best academy in the country.
