As a Research Assistant at Edge Hill University, I'm currently immersed in a systematic review focused on digital interventions in child and adolescent mental health. Simultaneously, I am pursuing a Master of Science in the same field, conducting my own research on how adolescents describe their mental health symptoms and how these descriptions align with diagnostic criteria. My passion for mental health research is driven by a commitment to improving young people's wellbeing through evidence-based interventions. While focused on research, I am also keen to explore diverse opportunities within the mental health field to apply my skills in practical settings.
