Recent digital journalist graduate with excellent knowledge and experience in digital content creation and social media. Strong understanding of all major sports, outstanding communication skills, reliable, passionate and dedicated. Strong with all aspects of Adobe and Microsoft systems, as well as experience in front of the camera. During my three years at University, I began to develop skills in all facets of digital content creation, from developing several WordPress sites, to creating a 64-page non-league football magazine as part of a team set up. 18 months into my studies I was able to obtain a 12-week internship programme with the team at Studio 68. It was here I was able to develop my skills in areas such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, as well as being a constant on camera figure for the Stretford Paddock YouTube channel that is closing in on 40,000 subscribers within its first year of launch. Following this 12-week internship I was asked to stay as a permanent member of the team where I have remained working part time for the past year.On top of promoting the channel on the YouTube, I also gained experience in helping the social media team in promoting the channel across all social media platforms. Currently, the channel boasts a following of 40,000 on Instagram, 13,000 on Twitter and 17,000 on Facebook.Other achievements include producing and publishing my very own podcast with other university classmates during my first year in MMU, which can still be found on SoundCloud.
