Payroll was also migrated to Workday.Responsibility for the development of the HR transformation strategy. This was a true partnership across the CoEs, IT, legal, finance and communications.

A truly international role, I led the commercialization of Simplify from pilot to a globally available platform. Simplify is available via bank partners in North America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.Simplify Commerce by Mastercard (‘Simplify’) is a cloud based platform developed to help small businesses accept card and digital payments. Simplify is white labelled for banks who distribute the service to their customers. It was launched as an incubated product from Mastercard Labs and operated like a start-up within Mastercard. Once commercialized, the product was sold as one of the Mastercard Payment Gateway’s products.
