About Ciara Standing

I am a hard working, reliable, and personable MSc Physiotherapy (pre-reg) student at SHU, aspiring to work within MSK physiotherapy as well as elite international sport.I have previously completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University, whilst simultaneously competing for and training full-time with Loughborough Swimming, the most successful university swim programme in the UK. Alongside my studies and athletic commitments, I undertook an iTEC diploma in sports massage, and began self-employed work as a sports massage therapist, gaining valuable experience working with international athletes, helping them succeed and prepare best to reach their full potentialI am actively looking for any physiotherapy and rehab opportunities, internships, part-time, or voluntary work, to continue my professional development and experience within this field
