I do weekly payroll using the sage payroll software, I ensure that all workers hours are correctly recorded and paid the appropriate amounts. I also keep track of weekly incomings nd outgoings of the company while efficiently using Excel. I also provide customers with weekly or monthly invoices.

I was responsible for ringing new customers in relation to the new policies they have taken out with Irish Life, I would talk the customer through their policies in a clear and friendly manner, I answered any questions the customer may have had in relation to their policy and help them understand clearly what they have taken out. I would also take off in general administrative duties such as writing and sending emails.

I greeted customers who entered the shop and assisted them in finding the products they needed and helped with any customer service issues that my have arose. I was responsible for processing cash and card payments for the customers. I also stocked the shelves with merchandise and ensured that everything was priced accurately.
