• Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day transportation operations of our transportation, logistics and asset based companies. • Responsible for directing, developing, and implementing overall operations of PTP Transport, and our sister companies. This includes safety, compliance, equipment, and staff. • Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of loads as the In-House Carrier for Young’s Plant Farm.

• Responsible for making a determination of abuse or neglect when a report was received. Ensured the child/children were in a safe, non-threatening environment. Interviewed all involved parties and witnesses. Adhered to multiple deadlines, to ensure the assessment was completed per policy and in a timely manner.• Responsible for filing a petition with the court when necessary. In such instances, cooperated fully with the Juvenile Court System. This included accurately completing court reports, and often testifying in both family and criminal court.• Worked cooperatively with all departments involved with assessing a case and ensuring a child’s safety. This included, but was not limited to, law enforcement agencies, the Child Advocacy Center, and physicians.• If it was determined that the case required ongoing services of the Department, all necessary paperwork was completed to ensure the case was opened as efficiently as possible.• As a senior worker in the Assessment Unit, new employees were mentored and trained in the documentation and legal aspects, as well as in the field training.• As an Intake worker, intake reports was completed and staffed the case with the supervisor. Once staffed, the case was assigned to a worker for assessment.• In each position, meticulous records were maintained to ensure that when the Department was audited all information was present and accounted for.

• Analyzed each discount, sale and return for unauthorized transactions and determine the cause for cash discrepancies• Performed weekly counts of inventory to maintain inventory control and an accurate count for losses• Researched loss of merchandise to determine the cause of shrink and prevent future loss caused by internal, external, or operational means• Conducted daily safety walks of the store to ensure that all merchandise is stocked and stored per safety policies• Verified that the store and associates are adhering to all of Lowe’s and OSHA’s safety policies• Mentored non-Loss Prevention staffed location, providing training and support when on or off location• Mentored and train new Loss Prevention managers to the district, as well as new employees to the store
