In my role as an ITSDM I have been involved significantly with all levels of IT implementation and delivery for every company I have worked for. I have experience in major project implementation including two large VOIP system deployments as well as building the specification for and project managing service desk installs. Using a breakdown of the script and a budget I designated the numbers for each shooting day. Working closely with the director, costume and make-up teams to meet any special requirements, Ischeduled fitting days and negotiated the rates with the extra agencies. I organised the arrival times for the extras and the numbers of costume and make-up staff required as well as facilities for them. On set I was responsible for all the extras movements on and off of camera. I choreographed the scenes including vehicles and was in charge of the crowd’s health and safety. Finally I released the crowd and signed them off for the day balancing their pay against my predicted budget.
