I am a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am also an accredited Logotherapist and Existential Analyst with the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland and the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis.I work from a humanistic and integrative approach which draws on complementary perspectives which best suit the needs of the client. I am particularly interested in attachment issues and existential issues of finding meaning and purpose in one’s life.
