As Operations Director, I am responsible for the smooth daily operations of the company.To achieve efficient operations of IDEA, the specific functions of my role include: - Working with the Managing Director to develop, execute and review the company business plan- Financial management and review to increase profitability- Process and efficiencies identification and implementation- Developing Marketing Strategy and co-ordinate the company’s marketing activities- Supplier selection and management- Key client management- Senior project management- General management- Evaluate overall performances and identify opportunities for improvement
