- Providing relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also other communication channels.- Maintain a high level of first call resolution and quality assurance.- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.- Adhering to strict data protection and confidentiality laws

-Reporting to Senior Buyer & Head of Purchasing.-Create products on internal system for website upload.-Point of contact for Purchasing branch queries (sector specific).-Setting stock levels on an individual store basis based onstore size and demographic.-Working in tandem with other departments on a daily basis and on project work.
