Working in the International Accounts area my role as Accounts Clerk/Accounts Admin included: Account opening, Account amendments, Account closing, Issuing of statements, Processing dockets, Processing cheques, Processing lodgements, taking queries over the phone, account reconciliation, Processing direct debits and credits, Preparing payments, etc.

•Member of the lending administration team•Dealing with a portfolio of clients•Passing on all referrals to the appropriate department•Following up with solicitors on outstanding information•Dealing with customer issues and queries•Setting up of new accounts and overdrafts•Training in of new staff•Responsible for straightforward overdraft credit applications.•Dealt with drawdown sheets for loans•Liaise with the Portfolio Manager to ensure that all client relationships are up to standard•Ensure that all securities admin is completed and adhered to.•To be the first point of contact for other sectors in the bank e.g. Sales team.
