• Responsible for inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current inventory, customer orders and forecasts.• Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and giving final approval of the master schedule of products through the complete production cycle.• Managing and leading cell's Master Planning Schedule meeting on a weekly basis, presenting to the wider business.• Liaising with stakeholders to reschedule production to support business.• Supporting business execution of new programs and initiatives.• Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing cost and coordinating cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness ofsupply chain initiatives.• Assisting with development of metrics to assess and improve forecastaccuracy.• Supporting project manager's product introductions by creatingmaster data recipes and BOMs.• Ensuring ongoing compliance with GMP in all practices, recording ofevents and processes.

Planning of Printing and Moulding within the Upstream area of the factory - setting deliverable and realistic 2 week rolling production plans ensuring correct sequencing to integrate with end product production schedule. Ensuring the required resources (machines/people/materials) are in place to support both short-term and long-term planning cycles.Anticipating and resolving production bottlenecks and capacity constraints by identifying and procuring outsourced solutions to support the business.Integration of SAP into new Orchestrate planning system to further optimize short-medium term planning systems, liaising with IS to deliver bespoke end-user applications to Operations and fully align Upstream Plan to Final Assembly.KPI's include rolling plan fill rate and schedule adherence while supporting Operations Department on all activities relating to improved machine utilization.
