I’m a materials engineer I realized some projects and daily tasks such as:• Intrapreneurship Project: I coordinated a project to improve the John Deere Brazil coffee system. For this, the scrum method was used in a personality way for our industry, with various tools such as opinion research, benchmarking with other companies (Whirlpool, SAP, among others). With that my team could get a cost reduction of 30% allied with the improvement of the quality of the coffee;• Corrosion Group: together with a group of 6 John Deere employees, I represented the materials engineering area to improve the quality of products in the Warehouse that ended up developing corrosion due to storage problems;• Business Intelligence: I develop and interpret reports in Power BI for the logistics of painting, controlling NCCAs with their own indicators and updating audits (metallurgical, painting and polymers);• Audits: help with virtual audits for our suppliers of polymers, paints and metallurgical processes;• Comparison of materials: I create spreadsheets in excel to compare materials, contacting suppliers and designers to understand the specification of the design and the demand needed for its application. After this I send a report explaining the possibility or not of its replacement. In the end of my internship I was responsible for the polymers• SharePoint: maintenance of the intern materials SharePoint and marketing for all the other areas of the company.
