Sou Engenheira de Materiais pela UFRGS/Brasil e estagiei por dois anos na John Deere, empresa multinacional que produz tratores e equipamentos pesados. Durante esse período, liderei um projeto sobre a melhoria da qualidade do café aliada à redução de custos. Para isso utilizei o método Scrum e comecei a fazer benchmarking entre diferentes tipos de indústria. Com isso minha equipe poderia propor uma redução de 30% com a melhoria da qualidade.Já trabalhei em diversas áreas como estagiário, assistente e também em vendas e por isso posso contribuir com minha formação multidisciplinar. Tenho boa habilidade em Excel, Office, Power BI, AutoCAD, Raman, Python e aprendo rápido. Sou uma pessoa muito focada e dedicada e estou sempre pronta para novas experiências.Passei 8 meses no Canadá fazendo um curso voltado para Hospitality, Negociação e Comunicação com o cliente para aprimorar tanto os meus conhecimentos em inglês quanto melhorar minhas habilidade de comunicação e negociação empresarial. Atualmente estou trabalhando em vendas e na área de tecnologia como suporte de internet. Para aprimorar os meus estudos estou fazendo um curso de investimentos e business na Business Training Company. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________I’m a Materials Engineer from UFRGS/Brazil and I worked as an intern for two years at John Deere, is a multinational company that produces tractors and heavy equipment’s. During that time, I lead a project about the improvement of the quality of the coffee ally with cost reduction. For that I used Scrum method and started doing benchmarking between different kinds of industry. With that my team could propose a reduction of 30% with the improvement of quality.
