- Development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the data infrastructure.- Switching, Routing and Information Security. Equipment: Avaya, Dell, HP, 3Com, Extreme, Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate among others.- Design and manage LAN, WAN and Voice networks.- Analyze and implement key network components using prescribed methodologies.- Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration and security.- Investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network problems.- Proactive maintenance: Logs Analysis, alarms, link traffic, latency and packet loss. (Zobbix - Netflow Scrutinizer)- Processes and procedures documentation.- Switching: LLDP -VLANS – STP – LACP - Port analysis: speed and duplex, transmission errors.- Routing: Administration of Internet links, MPLS providers, QoS, ACL, static routing, BGP, OSPF, ECMP, HSRP.- Security: IPSec VPN, SSL-VPN, DMZ, ACL, NAT, DLP. Application security, IPS, Web filter.- Troubleshooting: Connectivity testing, Ping, Tracert, Telnet, Curl, Mirroring, Wireshark.Achievements:- PCI recertification networking leader for "First Data" client - Maintenance of PCI environment (Modifications and incidents under PCI-DSS standard).- Project leader for "Despegar" client in which a start-up of operations was designed according to the client's needs.Once the startup was established, we carried out the environment's adaptation to comply with the PCI-DSS standard.
