I was able to obtain this job due to my great skills and specialties in electronics, computer science, transmission techniques and basic concepts of business management. ➟ In 2008 I obtained the position of Network Support Analyst, my main responsibilities were to provide assistance and perform preventive maintenance to equipment and computer systems that may present failures. In conclusion, my responsibilities are to understand the installation, configuration and updates of hardware and software. Overall it was a very good experience for me to work as a Network Support Analyst, because I gained a lot of work experience and worked with a very formidable team.
