As a strength-focused practitioner, I strive to help individuals and families identify and use their strengths, acquire coping skills, and develop strategies to effectively manage stress triggers, thoughts, and feelings. The modalities of therapy I apply are proven to help with a vast variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, life changes, and behavioural challenges. My approach is trauma-oriented and focuses on helping survivors of abuse, like physical, emotional/psychological, verbal, sexual, psychological, and financial.
