I am a registered Social Worker (RSW) and hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work degree (BSW/MSW). In my practice, I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as the main modality, and incorporate other evidence-based therapy approaches such as Dialect Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Play, and Art Therapy. I work with adults, children, youth, and families, according to the client's needs. I provide therapy both in person and online.
