Provide administrative support to the President and COO of Battery Park City Authority in her daily operation of the organization. Special Advisor is responsible for keeping the minutes of meetings, composing speeches and correspondence for the President, overseeing the schedule of the President, attending meetings, communicating with groups and staff.

• In May 2013, I was promoted to be the Special Assistant to the Commissioner. In this position I will still keep my duties as Complaints Coordinator (See below) in addition to:
• Answering BIC phone line and Commissioner phone line
• Distributing and logging mail, including violation checks
• Book conference rooms for meetings at BIC
• Maintain Senior Staff Contact info list
• Maintain BIC vacation calendar for the Commissioner

• Handle complaints and answer questions from the public
• Maintain database of all complaints and investigations received by agency
• Serve as a liaison with 311 operations
• Conduct interviews with witnesses, suspects, licensees and/or customer of licensees
• Elicit information necessary to begin an investigation, prepare timely and adequate informal reports
• Communicate findings with supervisors, Attorneys and persons outside the agency

• Reviews all applications for Licensees and registrants
• Answers all questions regarding the application process to clients
• Enters all data regarding applications into database
• Collects money
• Conducts fingerprints

• Assigned to one of firms major clients. (Tribeca Film Festival)
• Assisted with managing the media at the events.
• Escorted talent down red carpet for media coverage.
• Responsible for tracking the clients’ exposure in the press

• Responsible for tracking the District Attorney/ cases exposure in the press.
• Answered inquiries from the media
• Reviewed and maintained files
• Compiled a paste-ups every morning of every daily newspaper regarding any articles related to cases or the Queens District Attorney.
