I am currently working on innovating the process of LG's new product development and developing global start-ups.I joined the LG Telecom CA Team (in-house consulting group) in Dec. 2003.I had been mainly contributing to making LG U+’s mobile business strategy shape up and actualized since I transferred to the Strategy Planning Team in 2006, suggesting short- and long-term tactics and exposing critical practical issues to administrative superiors on both technical and market topics.I had been working on commercializing new types of LTE devices as a new business developer: for example, LTE smartwatches, kids watches, action cams, headsets, robots, drones, and so on. I also participated in several projects such as improving management tools in the sales field, designing delivery channels for IoT devices, reviewing M&A opportunities building strategic alliances, and so on.I was the director of AI Business Strategy in 2017 and the head of corporate strategic alliance and partnership in 2018, process integration in the internet business area in 2019.I led internal start-ups and taskforce teams for the user-generated video business area from 2020 to the early 2022.* LG Telecom, LG Dacom, and LG Powercomm merged into LG U+ in Jan. 2010.
