- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT and engineering positions both contract and permanent.- Evaluate every resume that matches the job description through our database (SmartSearch), CareerBuilder, Monster, Linkedin and Dice.- Do thorough research on every client we work with, get all the information about the company – what they do, their customers. size, revenue, location and if needed, get information or any written articles about the owner, CEO or anyone in their executive/management team.- Communicate and build relationships with the candidates through phone calls. And if interested, conduct the initial phone interview, getting all essential information – skills, expertise, education, employment history and reason for leaving. At the same time, I am responsible in identifying the candidate’s red flags on both skills and behavior.- I work directly with the Staffing Managers headquartered at our office in Chino Hills, CA. They communicate directly with our clients. They submit the candidates we have screened and for them to do that, we have a documentation process wherein we gather all the information from the candidates, do a formal write up, put in the system and once ready, the managers will represent them to the client based on these information.

- We call applicants in the U.S for an intial interview, verify information versus their online application, assess their qualification according to attitude, availability to work on holidays, weekends and shifting schedules, work experience, inform them of the expected salary , compensation and benefits.- Schedule them for their face to face interview- We also call hired candidates for their job offers by reading and explaining to them the job offer letter, informing them of their training class schedule, things to bring, what to wear and what is expected of them during and after the training. - Requests Criminal Background checks to hired candidates to make sure they don’t have misdemeanors or felony regarding theft or violence.- Being a part of the US job hotline, we also accept calls from candidates inquiring about the status and results of their application, interview, BG Checks, online tests. And future applicants inquiring about the company and positions available and even walk them through the online application and test.- We were also given admin tasks for reports purposes and communicate with US recruiters.- We also call candidates to remind them of their scheduled interview or training classes and make sure they show up.

- We call applicants in the Philippines for an initial interview and assess their qualifications according to grammar, pronunciation and intonation, their skills, their attitude, availability to work on holidays, weekends and shifting schedules, PSDM, then schedule them for an exam on the site if they pass.- We also give extended help in doing face to face interviews aside from phone interviews- We participate in job fairs and source qualified candidates
