- Canvassed petitions and lobbied with Florida's representatives for the Florida Competitive Workforce Act (FCWA), an LGBTQ+ anti-discrimination bill giving protection in housing, employment, and public accommodations- Conducted research on election seats in local and state elections across Florida- Organized logistics and scheduled meetings with Florida state legislators during Lobby Days- Organized tabling for pride parades and other LGBTQ+ related events across Florida- Identify recurring volunteers to uplift to Equality Captain position- Build a cohort of grassroot activists of allies, youth, parents, donors, etc. - Facilitate one-on-one meetings and introductions with new volunteers- Recruited volunteers and co-managed textbanking and phonebanking sessions to recruit volunteers for events- Contacted over 9,000 individuals to protest the trans sports ban; collectively amassed over 2,000 signatures for Protect Trans Kids petition after bill went into law- Organized Portect Trans Kids rally and garnered over 50 attendees in a few hours, including news coverage- Identify progressive/LGBTQ events in the area to increase visibility- Conduct research on web accessibility to expand on intersectionality in the workplace and on social media

Responsible for assisting with classroom instruction in the absence of a school’s teacher by following teacher’s routine lesson plans, and student objectives, foster student understanding of instructional material, and any other duties as directed by the school administration.

Recruited during the university’s prom season to organize and coordinate Queer Prom for an average of 200+ attendees; selecting decorations, assembling a committee, promoting the event around campus, serving as a liaison between Pride Club, the LGBT Center, and the university’s event services for all necessities.

Supplemental instructor for Hallandale High School band program and acting instructor when band instructor was absent; responsible for aiding students in their practice, attending after-school band events, and any other duties as directed by the band instructor.
