1. Maintaining store merchandise. Auditing displays several times weekly for variances. Updating price tags, and make sure all stock information is current. Maintain all visual merchandising to ensure all inventory is displayed properly. 2. Responsible for all shipping and receiving to and from the store which includes properly transferring merchandise to other stores throughout the company and shipping customers personal pieces to vendors for repair. 3. Responsible for store paperwork, maintaining customer and sales records, and properly filing and storing all documents for audits. This includes oversight into other departments record keeping.4. Assist in basic training of new employees with store procedures, use of different technologies and software systems utilized in the store and how maintain company security policies.5. Answer phones for customer service questions and assist with scheduling appointments for associate sales and repairs.6. Cmplete installation of new and replacement PC equipment, as well as configuration of new wireless technologies. Generally, as the first person with access to new systems, I am the first to learn these systems and train the rest of the staff.7. As needed I handle customer service and sales on the store floor and field customer satisfaction issues.

1. Bridge between the store repair shop and the customer to ensure all repairs are completed on time and to the guests satisfaction. 2. Quality assess all completed jobs from the repair shop before delivering to the customer.3. Complete regular inspections of customer jewelry for warranty purposes, and properly document inspection. 4. Maintain expected sales and standards goals.

1.As a custom framer, I worked one on one with customers, designing a personalized display for theirartwork or other treasured memory.2.As department manager, I had to oversee all sales and part time framing employees.3.I checked all orders for accuracy before shipping them to the framing facility. When completed orders were received in, I quality assessed them and contacted the customers. If there were any issues or delays with an order, it was my responsibility to contact the customer and inform them of the delay and provide any customer service needed.4.I maintained all the files regarding customer orders, sales goals, and employee communications. Ialso approved framing schedules for appropriate coverage.5.In addition to custom framing, I also maintained the stock frame department making sure all merchandise was properly displayed to company standards and correctly tagged.
