• Prepare and Process end to end multi-state bi-weekly payroll utilizing Workday and Deltek Costpoint for 1500+ employees• Perform bi-weekly comprehensive payroll comparison of gross to net totals for exempt employees reviewing fluctuations in earnings, benefit deductions and payroll taxes to ensure accuracy and avoid overpayments • Perform bi-weekly review of SCA and Non-SCA non-exempt employee unusual or excessive daily timesheet charging, OCONUS allowances, supplemental bonus pay and reward recognition program payments to ensure accuracy and mitigate errors• Research and Respond to Payroll-Related Inquiries from employees and managers in a timely manner utilizing a shared inbox.• Perform Data Entry as it relates to payroll and timekeeping related tasks• Collaborate with Timekeeping, HR, and Benefits Department to address cross-functional payroll matters• Prepare and Process Off-Cycle Payments for employees residing in immediate pay states
