Senior Director Of Operations
Current- Oversees daily operations of approximately 250 employees
- Defines, implements and revises operational policies
- Works with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
- Communicates with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance
- Monitors company revenue margins and generates regular business reports to maximize profits and efficiency
- Maintains a positive and productive client relationship from an operational standpoint
