Completed managerial duties such as counting the drawer, faxing sales from the previous day, running deposits, entering sales into our sales log, coding out invoices and sending inventory reports, setting up payroll paperwork, completing projected VS actual KPR and labor, entering servers' sales, comps, voids, and computing hostess’ tip out, counting down the drawer and petty cash, transferring funds and closing the credit card batches as well as making schedules. Meeting, greeting, and seating customers. Also answered phones and took take-out orders. Put together take-out orders as well as cashing out the customers. Bussed tables and assisted the servers and kitchen as needed.

I would entertain guests at restaurants by creating fun and exciting balloon animals while they waited for their meals.
