Began as a Server and was promoted over time to Bar Manager and Assistant General Manager. Performed every task needed to ensure the operation of a busy restaurant that was both closed and reopened during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

Managed and procured beer (fifty taps, over 300 bottles), updated menus, trained staff and developed recipes.
